Wamu CDS auction đã chấm dứt. Recovery rate 57 cent on a dollar. Tổng số open interest là $988m (so với $6b của Lehman). Hi vọng settlement sẽ êm thấm như vụ Lehman.

Update (27/10): DTCC công bố số liệu chính thức về outstanding Wamu CDS: notional amount: $41b, net: $2.9b. Ngày 4-6/11 sẽ auction CDS của 3 ngân hàng lớn nhất Iceland, notional amount: $71b, net: $7.6b.
